Sealed bids are invited from reputed manufacturers/ suppliers/ authorized agents/dealers for supply of the following items:

Double fly, single fold, canvass grey water proof, rot proof. For all weathers, Central height 2.15 m, Floor area 3 x 4 m, Side wall height 0.90 m, one window on each side wall, 2 doors, Ground sheet 3.40 x 4.40 m. All necessary accessories.
4,500 Pedestal Fans 24"
Those interested manufacturers/suppliers/authorized agents/dealers fulfilling the
criteria as laid down in Procurement Rules 2003 and possessing professional certificate for 2011-2012 issued by the Excise and Taxation Department may submit Bids with the undersigned.
Bids should reach before or on the seventh day of publication of the Tender notice upto 12.00 Noon which will be opened on the same day by the Procurement Committee in the Committee room at 12.00 Noon.
The Bidders or their authorized representative may attend the Bid opening proceedings.
The Bids should have the following details/documents: -
i. Specifically mention offer for unit price of each items, with specification.
ii. Detail including name, address (both official and residential) and contract addresses (both landline and telephone) of the Firm.
iii. Surety bond on stamp paper of Rs.500
iv. Timeline for successful delivery of the supply at Warehouse.
v. Demand draft equal to 2% of the total bid cost of each item mentioned in the Bid.
vi. Income tax registration certificate
vii. Sales tax registration certificate
I. The Bidders should provide documentary proof of the following information with the bids: -
i. Experience in supply of the items mentioned in the bids during the last three years (details of organizations/ departments to whom such supplies were made during the last three years may be attached as evidence).
