一、簡介

華夏公司結(jié)合雙缸中樣機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了新一代經(jīng)軸布筒紗測試儀。本設(shè)備為4缸經(jīng)軸布筒紗染色機(jī)，每缸（組）配4杯，共計(jì)16個(gè)杯位。可適應(yīng)20-80g不同克重、浴比的織物同時(shí)染色，無需水泵即可完成染液循環(huán)，噴壓大小可調(diào)。

經(jīng)軸布、筒紗染色：染色、水洗、還原洗、酸中和、柔軟、染化料測試等。

染色布種、紗種：腈綸、滌綸和化纖等，棉、毛、人造絲等針織布、梭織布、經(jīng)軸染色。

Introduction :

Huaxia company designs a new generation beam cloth cheese tester with combination

of the advantages of double-cylinder dyeing machine. As a four-cylinder cheese dyeing machine with four cups in each cylinder, this tester is applicable to

simultaneous dyeing for textile fabrics with weight with 20-80g and different bath rates. It will complete cycling of dye liquor without water pump with

injection pressure adjustable. It allows dyeing, washing, reduction of washing, and

neutralization, soft, dyestuff test and so on.

Dyeing fabric and yarn: acrylic, polyester and fiber, cotton, wool, rayon and other

knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, beam cloth dyeing.

二、用途：

1、染料組合配伍性。

2、染料組合對助劑的依存性。

3、助劑對染料組合的勻染性等。

4、對坯布、坯紗前處理殘液檢測，白度對比。

5、測坯布、坯紗不同批號的上色率。

6、水質(zhì)好壞對上色鮮艷度對比測試。

三、主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)

（1）每組染杯處于同一染色槽內(nèi)，可確保染杯與染杯之間的溫度的穩(wěn)定性。

每個(gè)染杯有單獨(dú)的加料系統(tǒng)，加料時(shí)無需開蓋，可隨時(shí)加入不同的染料、助劑、酸、堿等，不受時(shí)間、次數(shù)及溫度的限制；

（2）可以在機(jī)臺(tái)內(nèi)一次性完成染色、加料、清洗、酸中和等操作。

（3）可測試經(jīng)軸布和筒紗內(nèi)、中、外層的上色率及縮率；并可測試在高溫高壓狀態(tài)下各種不同染料、助劑的特性，及筒紗和布料的上色率及縮率。

（4）本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、浴比小、高仿真、溫度自動(dòng)控制，人機(jī)界面操作簡便、自動(dòng)化程度高。

Advantages:

1.With each group of dye cups set up at the same dye groove, it will ensure the t

emperature steadiness between the cups. There is a separate charging system between

the cups. During charging, it does not require to open the lid allowing people to charge different

dyestuff, auxiliaries, acids, bases and so on without constraints of time and number of times;

2.It allows dyeing, charging, cleaning, acid neutralization and other operations within the

machine at a time.

3.It is applicable to test the dye rate and shrinkage of the inner, middle, outer layers of beam

cloth and cheese; it is also applicable to test the properties of different dyestuffs and auxiliaries,

as well as the dye rate and shrinkage of cheese and cloth under high temperature and pressure.

4.With compact structure, small batch ratio, high-emulation and auto control of temperature, this tester is simple to operate in the human machine

interface and is of high degree of automation.
